ARCHITECTURE

Virtuoso Architect Limited endeavours to create architectural statements of excellence that are energy efficient and environmentally friendly and satisfy the client’s demands for a functional, cost-effective, and profitable project. The company’s architectural services cover Concept Design, Design Development, Working Drawings and Contract Administration. 

As Architects, Virtuoso Architect Limited is responsible for moulding social patterns and behaviour and incorporating and cultivating a high level of sensitivity to the environment within our design concepts. Our ably trained team is equipped with the technical expertise to affect the services required in Jamaica today.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As Project Managers, Virtuoso Architect Limited will co-ordinate all disciplines involved, ensuring the efficient dissemination of information and the monitoring and or the development of programs and schedules. The project manager will also be solely accountable for all aspects of works on site, and will police the job with the following objectives.

  1. To develop the design brief accurately and thoroughly
  2. To maintain a high level of performance and quality from all disciplines involved.
  3. To ensure that the project is efficiently operated in terms of manpower, equipment and financing.
  4. To successfully complete the project on time and within budget.

INTERIOR DESIGN

As Interior Designers, we will provide personalised service on a one-on-one basis to clearly define the special needs and requirements of the client. At the end of the day, the Architect and Interior designer will have bridged the gaps between function, affordability and desire.

REAL ESTATE

In 2014, Virtuoso Architect Limited diversified into Real Estate Development as a bridge to express our own style of architecture and answer unmet needs that we saw in the marketplace for multifamily residential solutions. Our pilot project is an intimate housing development called Norbrook Wasser in Upper St. Andrew, Kingston, Jamaica. 

The success of this pilot will lead us to increase our development portfolio, so we hope to be involved with many more such developments. We have plans to diversify our development portfolio further to include commercial developments. Our Real Estate Development experience offers many advantages to our clients as we can advise the repositioning of development projects in the marketplace, thereby leading to more successful results.

ANIMATION & RENDERINGS

Three dimensional visualizations are invaluable tools to describe our architectural visions. As such Virtuoso Architects creates animations and renderings to be used by our clients whether for their personal projects or as marketing tools for developments.
