Virtuoso Architect Limited was formed in September 2014 and is headed by a creative and energetic Architect, backed by an equally innovative and energetic team of professionals.

Virtuoso Architect Limited offers design expertise especially commercial and multifamily development, residential housing as well as institutional, hotel and resort structure. Its principals bring to the company many years of experience working in the housing and retail sector. This experience was gained while working as a project architect/team captain at one of the Caribbean’s leading architectural firms in these building types. His experience is the rationale behind the focus on development in Jamaica’s two cities and the housing and commercial sectors.

The Virtuoso ‘A’ Team has a wealth of experience in planning, project management, construction and energy management – an asset when developing design solutions for the aforementioned building types.
